This authentic sword of German or Swiss descent was used by only the finest of warriors determined to break enemies defensive lines. The flamberge was used to break the heads off of enemy pikes in order to decimate their front lines, creating havoc and chaos. The sword was then used as a thrusting weapon by grappling the ricasso (part of the sword between the blade and hilt) and plunging it into foes.
The all-steel sword's features consist of twin blades that protrude out from the new serpentine-like blade, and exhude a formidable appearance. The crowned pommel is silvered steel. The hilt has two new extensions on it providing more protection as well as new hand-holds.
This exceptional sword has an overall length of 50 inches, the blade extending a full 29.5 inches in length.
A brown leather sheath is included for protecting this treasure.
